Peter provided full civil services for this workforce mixed use housing development in Seattle, WA. The project includes 40 units of workforce housing on 5 levels with commercial space on main level and an underground parking garage.  Off-site improvements included alley, sidewalk, utilities and required close coordination with project stakeholders, franchise utilities, and Seattle Department of Transportation for obtaining the Street Improvement Permit.
